As we enter the new financial year, the economic environment remains positive. However, over the last month, a number of factors have changed at the margin.
The latest data release shows that the US economy grew by 2.6% annualised in Q2 2017, which supports the notion that this environment can continue for the foreseeable future. However, over the last month, a number of factors have changed. And while the risk to financial markets has seemingly increased, equity markets appear to be ignoring it.
