In Australia and New Zealand, UBS group provides comprehensive investment banking and asset management services to corporates, institutions and governments by combining local insight and credentials with the firm’s global franchise. UBS consistently maintains its position as a leading corporate adviser, as well as capital markets and equities franchise in Australia.

CommBank’s ongoing investment in technology means you will access a platform that is built and designed to improve the way clients access new products and services. Transactions processed within the CommBank network are on a real-time basis, which gives both you and us control and visibility into cash transactions. These transactions are updated on our wealth management platform numerous times throughout the day. CommBank provides us with a dedicated 24-hour service team backed by technical teams and product specialists for day-to-day advice and problem resolution. You also benefit from the security of one of Australia’s largest financial services network and high-volume transaction banking platforms.

We have become a client of Credit Suisse’s External Asset Management business in Australia to provide you with access to multi-asset and multi-currency lending capabilities. The Credit Suisse Group is a leading financial services organisation with strategic assets under management in its private bank and asset management global business of over CHF 737 billion as at financial year 2018. Founded in 1856 with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, Credit Suisse has operations in over 50 countries and has been in Australia since 1969. Credit Suisse is an industry leader in providing services for external asset managers.

Northern Trust is a leading provider of asset servicing, asset management and banking to corporations and institutions in Asia Pacific. Northern Trust's offices in Sydney and Melbourne offer a comprehensive range of customised asset servicing, asset management and capital markets solutions to its institutional and investment manager clients across Australasia. As at 31 December 2020, Northern Trust had USD 180 billion in banking assets, USD 8.8 trillion in assets under custody, and USD 1.2 trillion in assets under management. Northern Trust was the second largest custodian of assets under custody for Australian investors as at 31 December 2020 with AUD 630 billion.

We refer to these parties as our Strategic Partners - however, they are not technically in a legal partnership arrangement with us. We use this term as our agreements with these parties are core to our operating model.
